Gates, scrutineering and briefing times will be amongst the final instructions, but it's typically an early start followed by a mad rush of:

Arrive
Unpack
Sign on
Mill around for a bit waiting for briefing (the duration of this period depends on a combination of how close to the circuit we stayed and how early we managed to get up)
Briefing.
Watch MrBarry arrive 30 seconds after the briefing starts
Sighting runs straight after MrBarry has finished unloading his car.

Once sighting runs are done there's no real timetable we just get straight into practice and keep going with just a lunch break. Run order is "approximately" in number order although cars with multiple drivers get to jump the queue a bit and kind of find their own place in the order.

Don't worry, we have our pit girl Netty to look after us.

Netty lets us know when we need to be getting into our cars and queueing but make sure you are near your car otherwise she gets cross!

The first event is always a mad flap as there are new stickers to get on the cars, IOPDs to buy at sign on etc but just do what everyone else is doing and you will be fine :D

Arrive
Unpack
Sign on
(get stickers put on)
Scrutineering
Noise test
Briefing
Siting lap(s)
Test laps
1st Timed run....
etc.
Normally get an hour or so break for lunch.
Remaining timed runs
...and, if there's time, passenger rides at the end of the day when its over (untimed)

I'll be getting up a silly o'clock and travelling up (2 1/2 hours drive) Sunday to arrive around 7 - 7:30am

When we went to Rockingham last year, we were scrutineered on entry, before unpacking.

I assume those little details will be sent out in the event instructions.
