Dear TSS,

The recent increase in operating costs and bank charges has left us with no choice but to implement a credit card surcharge of 3%. This charge will be applied to all trade and club discounted sales from the 1st of November 2009. Retail sales are unaffected at this time.

We will continue to accept the following means of payment without any charges.

Debit Cards – Switch/Maestro, Visa Debit, Solo - No charge

Cheque – No charge (up to 7 working days clearance)

Sterling Draft – No charge

Sterling Cash – No charge (Foreign currencies are accepted but subject to charges)

Bank Transfer – No charge*

*Please Note: UK to UK bank transfers do not incur any costs, however for International transfers, bank charges must be added to the invoice total, please ask your bank for details of these charges. Please ask us for our bank details and notify us once transfer is complete.
